Myself Susmitha, all these years I have been working as a Civil engineer but my deep passion for counselling and my interest and love for education imbibed deep and firm in my heart. I finally decided to change my career and started with my studies for counselling. My special love for the youth, especially children and teens, my consistent and unwavering interest and expertise in the domains of training, skill development and career mentoring have helped me to seamlessly transform myself into to qualified Education and career counselor with much ease. The best thing about being a counselor is that we get the opportunity to be a part of a childs life in such a powerful way. These days new technologies are mushrooming every day. Artificial intelligence and data science are the new age buzzwords. The careers that did not exist a decade ago are steadfastly on the rise. Students are at the crossroads. For a parent and student, the evolving job opportunities becomes unnerving. Not to worry, a career counsellor strike the right chord for the student.
